Kamalakannan Padmanabhan, an HR professional over a decade of rich experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement and Training. Has been part of the leadership team for organizations like NIIT, Reliance BPO, Dell Services, Serco Global and Inventurus Knowledge Solutions leading their Recruitment and Employee engagement services at the capacity of Head and Director, Human Resources. He is a Post Graduate in Masters in Social Work (MSW) specializing PM & IR from DG Vaishav College, University of Madras, Chennai.
