Work Force Management (WFM) (4+ Years) (Job Code – SS0001)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate with other departments for data collation and verification.
  • Data analysis and Presentation of data to Management.
  • Capacity planning
  • Working on Dashboards
  • Overseeing process improvements, operation control, increased productivity, reduction in TAT and improvised overall efficiency
  • Dashboards on Attrition/Utilizations/Capacity planning/SLA’s tracking etc
  • Transition co-ordination -MRF Tracking- Training Planning- Ramp up plan for new projects
  • Manage resources within team to ensure efficient allocation
